How Our Program Works
Initial Consultation
Start with a 30-minute consultation to match employees with a skilled coach.
Coaching Sessions
Over 3 months, employees participate in ten 60-minute sessions focusing on practical strategies for common workplace challenges.
Session Summaries
Each session is followed by a detailed summary to reinforce learning.
Personal “Stack”
Through coaching, employees develop their own personal "Stack"—a customized collection of tools and strategies that work with their unique brain wiring.

Meet Casey
● Initial Challenge: As a busy project manager with ADHD, Casey struggled to retain information from meetings and had yet to find an effective note-taking system.
● Coaching Process: By working with ThynkStack, Casey developed an effective note-taking system with OneNote, received an accommodation to get post-meeting transcripts, and learned strategies to prepare for meetings more effectively. As a result, Casey can now easily retain and reference meeting information, leading to improved performance and reduced stress.
